• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Freelancers

We may engage independent freelance assistants to deliver services. While we contractually require freelancers to maintain confidentiality and professionalism, they act as independent contractors and not as our employees.

• We are not liable for unauthorised disclosures, misuse, or errors made independently by freelancers outside our reasonable control.

4. Use of AI Tools

To improve efficiency and quality, some workflows may involve AI-powered tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI tools are used only to support human-led workflows.

• AI outputs are subject to human oversight and review.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

• You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted results before relying on them for critical decisions.

• We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies resulting from the use of AI tools, except where caused by our negligence.

5. Confidentiality & Data

We take reasonable measures to keep your information secure and confidential. However:

• You accept that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data.

• Where third-party tools (including AI providers, cloud storage, or communications platforms) are used, data may be processed according to their terms and privacy policies.

• You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide does not breach confidentiality obligations owed to third parties.

6. Fees & Payment

• Fees are set out in your service agreement, proposal, or invoice.

• Payment terms will be specified (e.g., upfront, monthly, or upon invoice).

  • Independent actions of freelance assistants.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services by giving written notice in accordance with your service agreement.

• We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or use services for unlawful purposes.

 

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of materials you provide.

• Any deliverables produced specifically for you under the service agreement belong to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and AI-assisted workflows.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
